We are guided by the philosophy of "Building Positive Relationships" in our efforts to build a culture of care and collegiality. We strive to bring the best out in every student and allow space for them to discover their talents through our Xinmin Experience. There is a strong emphasis on character formation and inculation of values. Through our Xinmin Experience, we build a culture of care, respect, responsibility and resilience. A caring environment is evident where students and staff show care and concern for each other. We believe that by having close and positive relationships with our students, staff, parents and other stakeholders, our students will become confident citizens of character, who is ready for the future.

CLOVE@Xinmin Primary Cultivating a Life Of Values and Excellence (CLOVE) @ Xinmin Primary is our Learning for Life Programme (LLP). This programme is an integral part of the curriculum across all levels, This is done by: - Creating Learning Opportunities in the Formal Curriculum - Exposure for All in Sports & Co-Curricular Programmes - Values Education through Fun and Memorable Activities Students are given many opportunities to witness, internalise and demonstrate desired character traits. Community-based, real-world experiences that illustrate character traits are included in the curriculum. Values in Action, student leadership, cooperative learning and peer mentoring are important parts of the approach. Ample time is also allowed for discussion and reflection. GLOBE@Xinmin Primary Green Lifestyle ObserVed By Everyone (GLOBE) @Xinmin Primary is our Applied Learning Programme (ALP). The programme seeks to develop a green mindset among our students, who will apply Visible Thinking Routines to make valuable connections, identifying environmental issues/concerns and confronting the problems with ideas and actions from all relevant aspects. We believe this is more apt today and tomorrow, given the grave global environmental concerns we are facing. It ultimately aims to nurture innovation amongst our students, and promote joy of learning at the same time. Students will be involved in hands-on, experiential learning, which allows them to situate and apply their knowledge and skills in real-world context.
