Character development is the foundation of a good education. The school values both moral character and performance character. We nurture students who make wise decisions, and who possess the spirit of excellence in all they do. We develop students who are resilient, upright and honorable young adults. With Singapore's Smart Nation initiative, the use of technology will be prevalent in our work and private lives. Hence, students need to be confident, competent and creative with technology. Our Applied Learning Programme (ALP) in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) aims to develop scientific, computational thinking and inquiry skills in our students. This is done through the solving of authentic problems and real-life applications. Students will learn about design thinking, coding, prototyping, and many more. To balance the cognitive development, our Learning for Life Programme (LLP) focuses on aesthetic development through our Performing Arts Programme, PAssion. PAssion enables our students to have a good appreciation of the performing arts and to achieve outstanding results in the arena. The school organises a mega Art Festival or School Musical biennially. Beside cognitive and aesthetic development, the school values physical development too. We have a robust Outdoor Education programme and our very own rock wall in the school. Every student goes through Outdoor Education modules in PE, enrichments such as bouldering and abseiling, as well as cohort Adventure Camps. The school is also committed to developing the talents among our students through our rigorous Talent Development Programme. Besides developing academic talents, we also develop talents in leadership, sports, performing arts, visual arts, etc. Finally, we have a rich Student Leadership programme that develops the right skill-set, mindset and heart-set in all student leaders.
