Peicai Secondary's (PCSS) value proposition of a Second Home for Peicaians and a Home Away from Home for staff, forms the foundation of the school's ecosystem of care. PCSS is committed to provide Peicaians with positive and enriching experiences in a conducive and safe learning environment where they are allowed to learn and grow. Our Instructional, Character and Leadership programmes enrich, enhance and enable our students in the 3 domains of the Head, Heart and Hand. Platforms are provided for Peicaians to contribute to the school, local and global community through student-initiated and teacher-facilitated activities to hone their leadership and 21CC skills, and to make a difference to themselves and the lives of others.

1. Teaching and Learning leverages technology with all students using the iPad as part of the Personalised Digital Learning Programme; 2. Talent Development Programme (English, Mathematics, Science and Sports) - To further develop talent and passion in various disciplines; 3. Applied Learning Programme (ALP) - Equips students with research, project management and technology related skills such as coding and use of Microbits to propose solutions for real life issues; 4. Learning for Life Programme (LLP) - Community and Youth Leadership where students are at the forefront to understand, advocate and serve different needs of the community; 5. Student Work Attachment Programme (SWAP) - Provides exposure to the world of work and understanding of the types of knowledge and skills needed for different jobs and industries; 6. Overseas Student Exchange Programme (OSEP) - Seeks to provide international exposure for our students to acquire global awareness and cultural intelligence; 7. Student Leadership Programme - Equips students with key leadership competencies to be competent, confident and caring leaders.
